Everyone can make an app - but not everyone can design one! Our Digital Division focuses on integrating design thinking into the development of web and mobile applications. Digital works closely with clients to create wireframes, app aesthetics, and overall exceptional user experiences.
Methods
Every project starts with a “How might we” statement (sometimes more than one) which will outline the direction and goals of the project.
Process
Following a course throughout the semester, the projects begin with in-depth user research, followed by the creation of digital content structures, wireframes, and prototypes.
Deliverables
At the end of the semester and completion of the project, the team will present the final deliverables, including final wireframes and suggestions.
FLUID WORKS
Water is a precious resource - and it's extremely expensive. Fluid works to find ways to save it. They posed a question to our Digital team: How can we design an app to monitor water usage across several meters, while focusing on functionality and ease of use?
